LeadershipNOW! Webfair

We will be running the LeadershipNOW! webfair on Thursday 14 September, 10.00-11.00.

It is free to attend for potential participants and L&D / HR Professionals and is the ideal opportunity to speak to organisers at GatenbySanderson and UNIFY and learn more about:

 

  • How the LeadershipNOW! Programme was formed and the impact it has had on the sector to date
  • What previous participants experienced during and after the programme
  • The various development activities, workshops, coaching and group opportunities on the programme
  • The benefits of taking part for both participants and their careers, but organisations and the sector 
  • The results from the programme so far
  • Expectations of being part of the programme – both what you can expect from the programme coaches and facilitators, but also what we would expect from you in terms of time and commitment
