Following the success of the last three years, applications are now open for the Leadership NOW Programme 2023/24, where we are looking to welcome a new cohort of ethnically diverse future leaders.
The delivery of the programme will be 100% virtual, with workshops and one-to-one sessions taking place via video or telephone calls. There will be a mix of activities so you’re not glued to a screen, and you get to take advantage of the informal interactions that you would benefit from during a residential programme.

By applying to take part in the programme you will be expected to complete some pre-work to help you prepare for the workshops and individual sessions, as well as some light touch ‘homework’ to help you embed the learnings. As this programme aims to help raise your self-awareness, you will also be asked to conduct self-reflection exercises.
The overall fee for the programme is £2,500 + VAT (for UNIFY members) or £3,250 + VAT (non-UNIFY members) – subsidised from the normal fee of £5,000 + VAT

To be considered for participation in the Leadership NOW! programme, you will be asked to submit:
- Your current CV
- Short supporting statement (250 words) addressing your motivation for participating in the programme and what you will take from it
- Finance declaration form providing organisational sign off
- Equal opportunities form
